Texas parents can sign up for print books today! 

If you are a parent or caregiver in Texas, watch the Introduction video and apply below to get free books. Priority is given to certain zip codes and family eligibility. Children will be enrolled from birth until they turn 5 years old. Limited supplies of print books are available.

You may include up to 3 children in the same form when you apply.

If your family is already signed up for Books Beginning at Birth and would like to add another child, please complete this Add a Child form.  If you need to update your address, please use our web form to submit a request: Change of Address form.
